The Bad Place is a game classified under the action genre developed by 12East, creator of the retro platformer game called Hero of Athens. Made for desktop, it is a first-person shooter game that combines classic and modern game elements. This 7DFPS 2020 entry merges the idea of ammo with the cooldown and builds on some mechanics from the classic video game, Blood. This is a free-to-play horror action game that can be fully enjoyed. 

Simple mechanics, challenging plays

Basically, the main goal of this game is to beat all the opponents you'll encounter. All throughout the gameplay, you will bump into four unique enemies that you have to knock down using your seven different weapons. But, this won't easily be done as the combat battle will be intense and challenging under this game. Most of the time, you will have to replay it in order to strategize better.

When you start the game, it will immediately give off an eerie atmosphere especially with all the dark and foggy effects. The setting of the battle is usually placed in a mountainous area wherein you can use a lot of zones to hide from multiple opponents and attack when it is the right time to do so. Depending on the ammunition you use, you can attack them close range or from far away.

This game will mostly be controlled using your keyboard and mouse. It will be advantageous for you to be familiar with it even without looking for more seamless gameplay. WASD keys will be used for movement, spacebar for jump, key E for melee, letter key F, and number keys 1 to 6 to alter to grenade and quick change respectively. On the other hand, you will use your mouse to fire, aim and change weapons.
